My Mini-Split system needed the intake fan to be cleaned, and the rep did not know how to do that. It would be good if you sent people that match the system they are going to service. I had the system inspected and serviced in February, and this was not picked up on. I hope we can set something up with someone who can clean that intake fan. The tech today said this was not part of the routine annual service under the contract. How much will this cost? Paul Niemoeller LPC
