Robby did a comprehensive and thorough job servicing our furnace today. He went the extra mile by checking all equipment, cleaning coils, corrosion, and pans, and lastly informed us of all possible equipment concerns. He provided photographic evidence and FLIR imaging to show us clearly what the issues with our system were. He provided estimates for possible further work. He even tested the fire and carbon monoxide alarm in our house as he performed safety checks on our furnace!
