Water pressure in the house is at 70 psi,hwt 40 gal natural gas.Customer will like to adjust the furnace condensation drain line to be more flexible to have access to the floor drain when is needed,I remove section of the condensation drain line and install a new flexible drain line from the furnace to the floor drain.( no charge at this time).Also customer have been presented with the option for a new condensation pump unit to be discharged to a different location directly to a drain system.customer will like to view the option with his wife.customer is satisfied with today’s service.
