Came out here today to river Glen for a planned service maintenance. Ran system checks and cycled furnace. Ever Checks within manufacturers specifications. Filter dirty upon arrival with duct cleaning being done 5 years ago and requires cleaning. Also found the pressure relief valve on the hot water tank leaking and scorch marks indicated in pictures Recommend new hot water tank. Recommend upgraded filtration for better protection of the system and dust reduction. Homeowner is just going with the maintenance here today.
