Today I came to Mario’s Acadia home because the sewer recently backed up into the basement. This has happened before however not as severely. Upon camera inspection I found the internal cast iron piping system is deteriorating and depositing cast iron in large amounts that is holding water. The concrete piping system has several pipe breaks causing misalignments. The backups will continue over time. As the sewer line runs under the garage, it should be fixed permanently before excavation is required. Scheduled to return Tuesday June 22 2021 to install the new sewer liner. 50% paid today with the remainder due at time of job completion. 25% mobilization fee should the job be cancelled.
