Today I came to Martins Skyview home because the house is sold. The inspector says the air conditioning system is draining into the foundation of the home. Upon visual inspection I can see the inside air conditioning system and furnace are professionally installed and have condensate drains that run to the floor drain as they should be. The outside air conditioning system or the condensing unit does not produce water as the inside does. I can see no problems with the systems installation aside from the home penetration for the line set could be re-sealed which Martin will do himself. Martin will submit this report to the home buyer.
