I was dispatched out to Andrae’s home In haysboro Calgary. To take a look at her main sanitary line which is backed up into her basement. Upon arriving I noticed that there had been quite a bit of water that had flooded under the floor as she had carpeting and clothes that were soaking wet. Upon a thorough investigation I determined that her main line needed to be augered. I presented her with her options. I also noticed that there were two waterlines coming off of her hot water tank that fat in to the home that had pretty serious leaks on them and I also presented options for replacing those bad spots of piping. After some thought Andre went ahead with the 143 auguring with the promise of us bringing back our senior technician with a camera to inspect the lines as we found roots in the line when I poked a hole through the blockage. The work I did here today it’s just a temporary fix to get the water away from the basement and Andres looking forward to finding out the state of her lin
