Today I came to Greg’s home in Chestermere because he has no hot water. Upon visual inspection this is exactly the case. Greg’s tankless is a Noritz and is pushing 10 years old. The error code that pops up is 51. After doing a thorough evaluation of the system I noticed a few leaks on the water lines feeding the tankless. Having no water softener is a huge contributor to all the scale build up causing the leaks. After going over some options Greg decided on no work. Greg is very interested in the recirculation capabilities of the tankless we provide. Greg wants to do some research on the equipment before committing to anything. Greg will call us in a few hours if he decides on work to solidify his time for install as we are super busy. Greg is very happy with the service I provided today and even happier to give me a 5 star review.
