Return to site as clients are having issues with basement bar sink Confirmed drain does flow but sometimes will start to drain very slow Initially thought it was a venting issue but after discussing with client he can remember when home was built a concern with drain coming up before tying into stack Explained process of what would need to be done to attempt rectification but clients would like to hold off for now as it does drain but isn’t used very often
