Arrived onsite to clients home in Cochrane due to concerns with new shower valve Upon inspection found no water to valve, no access to valves but successfully found isolation valves, gained access through cabinet and open valves, still no water coming through valve Dismantle valve completely and found shower valve was installed side ways not allowing water to come through hot and cold ports Remove valve body (very difficult access no access through front or back available) Install properly and test no leaks found Clients satisfied with work completed, good luck with move!
