Today I came to John’s home in Cochrane because he wanted a tankless quote. Upon visual inspection John has a pretty weathered 60 gallon power vented hot water tank. The tank was installed in 2015 when the home was built. There’s lots of rust around the bottom and could fail sooner than later. After doing a thorough evaluation of the system a tankless water heater would be more than ideal for Johns needs. After going over some options John thanked me for the quotes and will be in touch with in the next 48hrs.
