Came to client house located near Dalroy. Came for a leaking cartridge. Was at client home before, and they got a cartridge under warranty from Pearl the faucet supplier. We came back and installed new cartridge. Replaced the cartridge and tested multiple times with no leaks.
Went to clients home near Dalroy. Went to look at a leaking sink faucet as well as a possible leaking toilet valve. Looked at toilet and tested, saw no signs of leaking anywhere. Went to look at faucet. Brand was pearl. Client is going to call pearl and get them to deliver her new replacement parts. Than she is going to call us back to get someone out here to install new parts for her. All that was charged to client today as the dispatch fee.
