Client called about the furnace not heating tech went out. Furnace fired up with out issues after several min of the system running there was no error codes. Tech informed client a diagnostic would have to be performed to determine why the system has been intermittent. Client approved, tech found the the flame sensor is failing and not always giving a strong enough signal. Tevh also found the blower motor shaft was slightly bent causing a wobble in the fan and the grease pack has popped and drained out, the inducer motor is over its amperage limit. Both ,toros are functional for now but eventually will fail. Tevh informed client and quoted work client went with flame sensor for now. Tech replaced the sensor and tested the system. Furnace fired up with out issues and sensor is proving a much stronger signal. Client is happy
