Tech arrived in okotoks to check out noise coming from ac Not making any noise at time of techs visit Db levels are normal for condenser Supply and return temps are good Condenser is a little dirty Ducts were cleaned by us and are still clean Hard start kit has been installed Humidifier is not in use Leak found at base of furnace Water stain indicate leak is coming from the top Ac drain is crimped in place, tech is unable to remove and inspect drain elbow Filter replaced Tech found obstruction in ac drain line tech blew out line, this is a temporary fix Evaporator will need to be accessed and drain elbow cleaned About 2-3 hours of work This model of furnace is known to develop fractures in the heat exchanger and cause co leaks Tech recommended to customer to install co detectors Customer had to leave by 11 so Te h had to wrap things up quickly
