I have had Climate Control Systems as my HVAC service for over 10 yrs. & would not think of using any one else. This company does outstanding service which starts when you call the company. I usually speak with Kathy to set up my appointment who is so friendly & helpful and it does not stop there as when the service tech come out they do such a great job. Today my service tech was Paul whom is so great he has been to my home many times & I know I have no worries as he takes care of everything & is so pleasant & courteous. I have been using this company for about 13 years and have had very good experiences. They are always prompt and any services have been done in a very quick efficient manner. We just had a new heater and air conditioner installed. I cannot say enough good things about the installers. They were courteous hard working and unobtrusive the entire 8 hours they were at my home.
