Performed cooling maintenance on outdoor condensing unit. Checked amperages for compressor and outdoor condenser motor. Dual run capacitor was rusted out and melted some wiring. After customer approval I replaced the dual run capacitor and restored the wire. Checked for proper voltage and ensured operational fuse conditions. Washed outdoor coil and changed both indoor filters. Checked temperature split and thermostat functionality as well. System cooling and operational at this time. Nord, Chico
