The morning of 12/4/22 I woke up to my home freezing cold. I put my hand up to our kitchen vent and it was blowing cold air. Our heater was set to 70 degrees, but wasn't producing heat. I then called Feather River Heat & Air to report my issue. A technician called me back and ran me through some trouble shooting I should consider. I followed the trouble shooting instructions and my heater began working. Not only was I given options of trouble shooting I also was informed that I should be replacing my filters quarterly instead of every 6 months. This was great information due to the issue being with my dirty filter. I was also informed of how my unit functions and how important it is to have clean filters. Along with the great information I was speaking with a very kind and positive person named Andrew Rushing who was displaying great customer service. Hats off to you Andrew! Keep up the great work!
