David did a very good job of recognizing our intake duct was blocked plus the dehumidifier was off plus a hard valve was needed on the roof. If all these things work together I look forward to a lower electric bill in the coming months.

Dave's customer service skills combined with his A/C knowledge make him a delight. Dawn is rude, hangs up, does not actively listen, does not communicate skillfully with customers, does not call customer immediately when there is a cancelation of appointment, makes appointment and then on the spur of the moment changes appointment. If I have to deal with Dawn I am no longer interested in being a customer.

I'm pleased with the service I received recently. The gentlemen I worked with (sales and service) were extremely accommodating and I feel I received a fair price on my purchase. My new AC unit makes my house feel like I'm in the Arctic! Hasn't felt that way in a long time!
