I’ve used Colony Heat and Air for 7 years now. They installed my AC and have maintained it since. I have been consistently impressed with the quality of EVERY interaction- from phone calls to after hours answering service to face to face with technicians, they are professional, honest, clear and considerate. Today’s visit for a broken AC started out less than pleasant because it’s hot and miserable and I don’t like spending unexpected money especially in the heart of back to school— but their efforts to get me help as soon as possible and Reese’s kindness and efficiency mean the inconvenience is over and I am confident the amount I paid was fair and the work is well done. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!
