I had three firms over to inspect my AC units. Two said I should buy new ones because the compressors would not start. After getting price quotes for replacement of the entire AC system, I asked Colton in for an additional quote. Before they quoted, they offered to inspect for free and after inspection said the compressor units were fine and started them up. House feels great and I saved $8000 on a premature replacement! And the cost of the visit? $0. We have used Colton before as well as some other companies. I trust these guys to do right by the customer -- even if that means not making any $$!!

Good, professional work is going to cost you a little bit more, but it's worth it to have the work done right the first time. In this case, there was a day's delay to get parts, which wasn't fantastic, but at least the parts turned out to be under warranty. Dave was very professional, courteous, and friendly; most important, he fixed the problem the first time.

Mr. Colton was quick to respond to my lack of heat on the coldest day of this terrible winter. He provided me with space heaters until he was able to replace my furnace. He reviewed several options with me and explained the differences. Once the decision was made, he ordered the furnace and it was installed quickly. He called back a day later to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction and did return to make a slight adjustment to the speed of the fan. I love my new energy efficient furnace. I will highly recommend Mr. Colton to everyone that is in need of heating or cooling repairs. I was very impressed by his knowledge and work ethic.
