My evaporator coil was damaged by an air duct cleaning service. Kevin took pictures of the damage and sent them to the cleaning company's insurance agent. It would have been a lot harder to get the claim through if Kevin had not gotten the pictures and explained to the their agent so well. Dave and Kevin replaced the damaged coil for us and now the air conditioning is working fine.
