I did not know that I should be flushing out my water heater. I had this one installed by someone referred by TC, but no one ever told me about maintenance. I also assumed that TC was also checking my humidifier. I assumed the humidifier was part of the HVAC system. I have purchased two furnaces and two air conditioning units through TC in 24 years. I wish I had been aware that I should be doing maintenance on the humidifier, too. Please ask your service folk, all of whom have been terrific in 24 years, to at least advise clients re humidifiers.
