Tom Taylor arrived at our home at the designated window of arrival. He immediately took off his shoes, introduced himself and got to work. He was efficient, knew what to do & very polite. We appreciated him telling us what products we could purchase ourselves to clean the fireplace glass. He also encouraged us to visit your showroom. We will ask for Tom again the next time we need to have our fireplace cleaned.

Yes, my Quadra-Fire fireplace is alive once again thanks to Comfort By Design and their great crew. The Quadra-fire is one of the most enjoyed and used fireplaces that I've ever had. It's awesome in the Winter months.
