I had not hot water available and when Mike K first diagnosed it he felt the recirc pump may have failed but he then determined there was an airlock. So instead of replacing the pump, which was just fine, he bled air from the system and therein restored by hot water and saved me money. I have had Mike, Matt, Curt and others coming to my house for last 10 years and have always appreciated their technical skills. Mike K is an extremely good employee. Field McConnell 715 307 8222

I have always been very pleased with the performance of my system and the service I have received. I think it is a little pricey but the quality is there so that is the trade off. I notice it increases each year but this year quite a bit.

Cleaners arrived on time and took every precaution not to dirty the floor or damage any walls with their equipment. They were systematic in their cleaning and verified that everything was clean to our satisfaction and the furnace was working again when they left. Great job.
