Found upstairs blower motor controller running on the weak side, recommend replacing to reduce load on the blower motor and help prolong the life of the motor and to help prevent it from burning out. Customer mentioned that daughter's room stays warmer than other rooms. Took a look at duct work and it is the farthest run from the supply plenum. Recommend upsizing that duct from a 6 inch to an 8 inch to maximize airflow for better cooling efficiency and comfortability in the room. Found rust and corrosion on both systems evaporater coils presenting a risk of refrigerant leaks. Found early signs of mold in main level system.
