Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Change 2 dirty filters, check coil and operations. Find both system ductwork and plenums are dirty and molded. Both system evaporator coil badly rusted and upstairs system have small leaks. Upstairs missing inline water protection and downstairs system have not water protection. Both ac system operating with worn and hot fan motor, contactor badly pitted and worn. Both system little low on charge. Both system operating at this time but not efficiency and not reliable. Both systems are 22 years old and phase out equipment from EPA. Due to system age and poor conditions, suggest upgrading systems. Customer wants to wait.
