Control was telling inducer to operate while ac system operating. Find evaporator badly rusted and dirty. Air distribution box and coil badly molded. No water safety. Find compressor overheating and operating with max amp, can burnt compressor. Fan motor worn. System 22-year-old in poor conditions and not healthy to operate due to molds. Suggest to upgrade the system and not repair. Customers need estimate to upgrade the system.
