New upstairs outdoor unit, customer said system still making metal noise. Check and find system operating normal. Did not detect noise. Remove top, check inside unit and tighten screws adjust copper line that touching housing. System operating smoothly with no additional noise. If happen again record the noise and video of noise at the unit to help Identify noise and location. Note: customer think noise coming from the condenser fan motor.
