Find 15 years old Trane furnace operating but under fire and dirty. Find blower motor capacitor bad reading 1.8/5uf rated. Find blower assembly dirty. Ignition worn and flame sensor weak and overheated metal. System operating but not proper and not in manufacturer spec. Due to system age and wear on system, give customer estimate to repair system but system need to replace to help improve comfort and efficiency of system. System missing water protection for both system in attic.
