Complete 3 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. All components tested in normal ranges. The upstairs system was not cooling due to the drain line for 90% furnace came loose and filled up pan preventing cooling from coming on. Fixed drain lines and glued them but the is no secondary water safety on the system to protect against common drain line clogs. Mold is growing on a humidifier and inside plenum. Need duct cleaning and ultraviolet system to combat mold growth None of the systems have compressor savers on them. Blower cap in the basement system is still weak. Homeowners just want to wait until the system dies. They do not want secondary water safeties
