Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Cleaned outdoor coils and check all components. The Upstairs system has a weak dual capacitor and is causing stress on the motors. Need to replace the capacitor and add compressor savers to both systems to reduce stress on compressors, extend the life of systems and capacitors. The Upstairs system also does not have a secondary watery safety for the drain line. Need to install one to help prevent flooding in attic due to common drain line clogs. Replace the upstairs dual capacitor.
