Furnace not heating in Alpharetta, Georgia. Found igniter to be bad. Replaced igniter under warranty. Tested other mechanical and electrical components, found no other mechanical concerns. System does not have water safety, recommend adding on to help protect crawl space from potential flooding in the event that there is a drainage issue with the hvac system. Recommend surge protection to protect equipment from power surges. System is heating at this time.
