No heat main system. Found heatpump system freezing outside. System low on freon and found bad heatstrips kit. Needs more attic insulation and the family room side has no attic insulation. Charged system and heating only on heatpump with supply air of 88 degree. Needs new heat strip kit for proper heating. Owner just wants to add freon for now and let us know about heat strip kit and attic insulation. Have not paid
