Complete check on both heatpump and airhandler system. Find both system low charge, find both evaporator coil baldy rusted. No water protection, worn blower motor. Find downstairs airhandler dirty and molded. Install APCO Air Purifier to kill mold and prevent molding. Recharge both system with R22. Both system operating at this time but not reliable due to age and ware on system. Both system Armstrong 16 year old. Upstairs system under size. Customer also want to get estimate to upgrade system. Told customer if customer upgrade system with CCI, CCI will help put recharge cost to new system. Sign up 2 cci plan. Customer will have prepaid cooling check and prepaid heating check.
