2 system A/C preventative maintenance check complete. Changed filters. Tested mechanical and electrical components, found upstairs with a failed thermostat. Found downstairs system not coming on due to the low refrigerant charge. Replaced thermostat. The home warranty company will get back to us regarding the refrigerant level. The upstairs system is cooling at this time.
