Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. No cool main level. Check and find system low on charge and almost empty. Find leaks at heatpump coil and evaporator coil in attic. Drain not run properly and blower motor leaking oil. System 16 year old and need to be replace. Find upstairs system operating with low charge, weak blower capacitor, baldy rusted evaporator coil, worn motor and leaking oil. Both heatpump system missing starter kit and worn/pitted contactor. Customer need estimate for both 16 year old system.
