Performed cooling maintenance checked electrical, mechanical components, dusted electrical cabinet, client changed filter, cleared drain line. System is clean minus dirt on evaporator coil. Recommend to clean evaporator coil. Found capacitor to be weak recommend to replace. Recommend back up water safety. Recommend start assist kit for outdoor unit. System is cooling st this time.
