Safety switches all working. Capacitor for blower is weak and needs to be replaced. Ductwork is dirty and needs to be cleaned. Air handler missing surge protection. Heating refrigerant pressures within manufacturing spec. Electrical components in heat pump are within range. Signed customer up on maintenance plan. Customer will call back to schedule repairs.
