Ac service Bethlehem. Completed diagnostic. Found bad capacitor at outdoor unit. Replaced capacitor. System cooling. Pressures are good. System is 7 years old and would benefit from having compressor saver and surge protector installed to allow system to live as long as possible. Customer needs hard copy invoice mailed.
