Performed 1 system cooling maintenance. Outdoor unit does not have a hard start kit. Recommend installing hard start kit to lower compressor amp drawl and help with system noise and brownouts. Supply plenum is covered in black mold. Recommend installing u/v lighting system to kill bacteria and mold spores. Condensate pump sits on floor with no pan or water safety. Recommend sitting pump in 14x14 pan and mounting float switch. Added bleach tablets to condensate pump and cleaned trap. Changed filter. Cleaned outdoor unit and tested all electrical components for normal operation.System operating properly at this time.
