Completed one system maintenance found 19 year old system. With very concerning amounts of mold on and in system. Blower wheel is very dirty and has heavy amount of mold on it as well. Mold spores are being sent directly into house and can cause harm to residents. Capacitor for blower wheel is very low on power and needs to be replaced. P trap is very clogged and dirty recommended replacing with EZ trap for easier maintenance also recommend inline float switch to main drain line for better water protection for system and house. Recommend pure air package for much better filtration to keep system and house cleaner longer. Also to kill any and all mold and bacteria as well as allergens and odors in the house for better health and wellness for residents.
