Heating maintenance braselton. Completed 4 system heating maintenance. All 4 systems 4 years old. All clean with working electrical components. Static pressure on all are good as wel as combustion. Left filters for systems. None of the systems have back up water safety devices. Recommend inline float switches to all to protect the system as wel as the house from water damage. Systems would greatly benefit from having surge protectors added to system as well as electro static filters to better keep systems and home cleaner longer and UV air treatments installed to sanatize air and kill bacteria viruses and chemicals in the air that could cause harm to residents.
