HVAC tune up in Braselton. Tested operation of 1 system. Discovered blower motor controller weak, blower wheel dirty, indoor coil extremely rusted, no drain line water safety, outdoor secondary controller weak, main electrical switch burnt, outdoor fan at max amps, outdoor coil dirty and system low on charge. Performed leak search and could not detect leak at this time. System is 15 years old and replacement is HIGHLY recommended over repair.
