No cool upstair. Find heatpump fail due to fault in voltage absorption system. Repair voltage absorption HN4A and system operate. Check and find system little under charge with r22. Find fan motor operating with high amp and worn. Find main electrical power switch pitted. Find airhanlder evaporator badly rusted. System have not water safety.
