No cool upstair system. Find air condenser fail due to low charge. Find system leaking at loose service valve cap. Find system media coil rusted and can cause leak in future, need to keep check on system. Customer want to go with recharge and sealer HJ8B. Charge system to manufacture spec and add sealer to help stop leak. System operating at this time. Suggest plan and help maintain system and suggest to add performance enhancement upgrade to help system start up and reduce load.
