Completed 2 system maintenance found upstairs blower dirty which will cause extra stress on motor and decrease air flow for the upstairs. Recommend cleaning to get proper air flow from system. Both systems missing secondary water safety switch. Recommend inline float switch to both systems to protect furnace from water damage and better protect house. Also recommend electro static filter for both systems to better filtrate air and keep systems and house cleaner longer.
