No cool downstairs system. Found bad blower capacitor causing blower motor to not turn on. Replaced blower capacitor. Found rusty, corroded evaporator coil likely to leak. Tested upstairs system too. Found black mold in both systems. Upstairs blower capacitor is weak (5uf). Customer just wants repairs and uv lights for now.
