Ac tune up in Buford, Georgia. Tested system. Found blower wheel to be dirty. Recommend blower wheel pull and clean. System has one form of water safety but no backup. Recommend installing overflow protection switch to protect furnace from potential water damage and to serve as a backup to primary water safety. Found weak capacitor, replaced it. System has no hard start kit, recommend adding on to take a load off of compressor so it starts smoother, runs smoother and therefore lasts longer. Found condenser fan motor over amping. Recommend replacement of motor. Ductwork is undersized, recommend adding more ductwork in for proper airflow and performance, system is cooling at this time. Customer used $35 off coupon.
