Heating tune up in Buford, Georgia. Two systems. Check all electrical and mechanical components. Found downstairs unit blower motor capacitor to be weak. Found downstairs unit blower wheel to be dirty. Found no water safety for downstairs unit. Recommend installing two forms of water safety. Downstairs unit not up to code . Has no drip leg on the gas line, and flexible gas line is being run into furnace. Found downstairs evaporator coil to be rusty and corroded, therefore likely to leak refrigerant. Due to age and condition of downstairs system, recommend upgrading system to a more reliable, more efficient system. Replaced blower capacitor for downstairs system. Systems are heating at this time.
