Jordan Roper was our tech that came out to do service at our home on 8/18/19. Luckily for us Jordon come before our scheduled time. He came and did whatever he need to do to make our AC up and running, got that thing running within minutes. He knew exactly what the issues were/are and what they can been if this doesn't get resolved. He took his time explaining everything and told us what the next steps would be. I probably asked him the same questions about 5 times and he didn't mind explaining over. We got a breakdown on everything we need to do with the cost. Explaining how the service package works and all. Overall we are VERY satisfied with the services provided by Jordon and would definitely recommend him to others.
